Second Truck: $400 Daily Charge + .35 mile (MILEAGE FEE WAIVED LESS THAN 30 MILES)
(This helps cover a full day of wages for a second driver, fuel expense for two loaded moving trucks, commercial insurance policies on two CMVS over 16,000 GVWR, and vehicle lease costs)

3 Trucks:
Third Truck: $400 Daily Charge + .35 mile (MILEAGE FEE WAIVED LESS THAN 30 MILES)
(This helps cover a full day of wages for a third driver, fuel expense for three loaded moving trucks, commercial insurance policies on three CMVS over 16,000 GVWR, and vehicle lease costs)

Rates for Moves Over 100 Miles (UPDATED: 8/5/2020)

We do not bill on the weight of a load as many of the national moving companies do. Instead, we use a simpler formula that leaves no room for a moving company to take advantage of a customer on reported weight vs actual weight.

All loading, unloading, and packing are itemized separately from the transportation cost and billed hourly. See the above hourly rates under local. These hourly rates based on the number of movers and or trucks also apply to long distance moves over 100 miles. In addition, we now add a transportation cost based per mile and itemized on your final bill and charged as follows:

One Full Size Straight Truck (26')

One Way (IN-STATE)

100 - 300 Miles: $20.50 per mile over 100 miles

$6,150 + 301 - 999 Miles: $5.50 per additional mile

One Way (INTERSTATE)--

100 - 300 Miles: $20.50 per mile over 100 miles

$6,150 + 301 - 999 Miles: $6.50 per additional mile over 301 miles

$10,687 + 1000 - 2199 Miles: $6.50 per additional mile over 1,000 miles

$18,480 + 2200 Miles and Over: $8.50 per additional mile

Two Full Size Straight Trucks (26')

Add 30% to the Grand Total of the One Truck Move

Three Full Size Straight Trucks (26')

Add 30% to the Grand Total of the Two Truck Move.

3rd Party Rental Trucks (26')

Due to the logistics and timing on the calendar of your move, we may have to rent professional box trucks from companies such as Penske or Uhaul. Due to high inflation and a large spike in move requests in 2021, we must pass the price of the truck onto our customers and that will be added to the above prices. Depending on the day of your move, discounts may be available. A written and capped price may also be available.

Out of State Origination Fee

If your move is starting out of state, and coming to our state additional fees will be assessed beforehand and included in the estimate which can be a written and binding estimate. These fees are necessary when hotels, 3rd party moving help, and even equipment rentals are necessary as part of your move.

Additional Fees --

One-Way Truck Rental Move Requiring Blankets - Blankets Cost $10 Each (Customer can sell blankets following the move to a local moving company as moving blankets are commonly used by professional moving companies).

Vehicle Towing

WE ARE NO LONGER TOWING VEHICLES -- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WE'LL HAVE A CDL DRIVER AVAILABLE FOR THE MOVE. CUSTOMERS NEED TO CONTACT AN AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY TO ARRANGE TRANSPORT OR CONTRACT ONE OF OUR DRIVER'S TO DRIVE THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLE (WE DO NOT INSURE IT -- CUSTOMER'S INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF ANY ACCIDENT).

Snow Storm / Ice Storm Fee

If the route on a long distance move includes the need for our driver to purchase snow chains which are required by law for commercial trucks crossing through the mountains, the fee we pass on to the customer is $300. This covers the cost of the purchase and the driver taking the time to chain up to complete the move without affecting the final bill other than the $300 fee.
